REQUEST YOUR DATE
Fill out our booking form or send us an email with your preferred date, type of session, and any ideas you have. We’ll confirm availability, answer your questions, and start bringing your vision to life.

BOOK YOUR SHOOT
We’ll help you choose the best locations in Barcelona, the perfect time of day for beautiful light, and offer outfit guidance so your photos look amazing. As local photographers, we know hidden gems as well as the city’s iconic backdrops, so you get a mix of both.

YOUR SHOOT DAY
This is your time to shine! We’ll guide you with natural poses and prompts so you feel relaxed in front of the camera. Whether it’s a romantic couple shoot in the Gothic Quarter, a family session at the beach, or a stylish branding shoot, we make it fun and effortless.
04.
RECEIVE YOUR GALLERY
After the shoot, we carefully select and edit your images to enhance their beauty while keeping them natural. Your high-resolution photos will be delivered in a private online gallery – ready to download, share, and treasure forever.

How long in advance should I book?
If you connect with our work and philosophy, reach out through the contact form and let’s start a conversation. We hope to connect with 10-15 couples each year so that we can fully invest excitement and care to each couple. To reserve your date, we require a signed digital contract and paid online invoice! WE can be booked up to 1 ½ years in advance.

How can we book and pay?
You can book with us by filling out the contact form, or sending an email to barcelonashoots@gmail.com, or a simple WhatsApp text (recommended for last-minute requests) at +34 717712160. We accept card payments by Stripe, bank transfers, and PayPal.

How many people are allowed per shoot?
We believe the best photos are created within the context of a story – your story! We take the time to understand who you and your partner are and your journey towards falling in love so that we can make images that represent YOU! Your good sides, the way you hide your head in his chest, and all unique ways that make you perfect for one another.

What’s the cancellation policy?
During a portrait session, you can expect a relaxed and enjoyable experience. We’ll guide you through different poses and settings to capture a variety of images. The session typically lasts about 1-2 hours, depending on the location and the number of outfit changes. We strive to make you feel comfortable and bring out your natural expressions.

What happens if it rains?
Yes, we love to travel for destination weddings and elopements! Whether you’re planning a beach wedding, a mountain elopement, or a city ceremony, we’re excited to capture your special moments. Travel fees and accommodations are typically additional and can be discussed during our consultation.
06.
Can I get all the photos?
We understand you’re excited to see your photos! Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for wedding photos and 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions. We take great care in editing each image to ensure they meet our high standards. You’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within a week after your event to tide you over while we complete the full gallery.
