REQUEST YOUR DATE
Fill out our booking form or send us an email with your preferred date, type of session, and any ideas you have. We’ll confirm availability, answer your questions, and start bringing your vision to life.

BOOK YOUR SHOOT
We’ll help you choose the best locations in Barcelona, the perfect time of day for beautiful light, and offer outfit guidance so your photos look amazing. As local photographers, we know hidden gems as well as the city’s iconic backdrops, so you get a mix of both.
03.
YOUR SHOOT DAY
This is your time to shine! We’ll guide you with natural poses and prompts so you feel relaxed in front of the camera. Whether it’s a romantic couple shoot in the Gothic Quarter, a family session at the beach, or a stylish branding shoot, we make it fun and effortless.
04.
RECEIVE YOUR GALLERY
After the shoot, we carefully select and edit your images to enhance their beauty while keeping them natural. Your high-resolution photos will be delivered in a private online gallery – ready to download, share, and treasure forever.

01.
How long in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your session 2–3 months in advance, especially if you’re visiting Barcelona during the busy season (April–October).
Most of our sessions are booked around 4 weeks ahead, and popular dates can fill up quickly. That said, last-minute bookings are always welcome, and we will do our very best to accommodate your preferred date whenever possible.

How can we book and pay?
You can book with us by filling out the contact form, or sending an email to barcelonashoots@gmail.com, or a simple WhatsApp text (recommended for last-minute requests) at +34 717712160. We accept card payments by Stripe, bank transfers, and PayPal.

Who will be my photographer?
Your session will be photographed either by Natalia or one of her trusted team photographers. Each photographer is carefully selected and trained to deliver the same natural, elegant style you see in our portfolio. Natalia also oversees editing to ensure consistency across all sessions.
04.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to be fair and transparent.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the session are non-refundable.
Please note that all sessions are confirmed specifically for your date and time, and we reserve that slot exclusively for you.

What happens if it rains?
We photograph rain or shine. Barcelona offers many beautiful covered locations, and we can also incorporate umbrellas for a charming and authentic atmosphere. In case of rain, we will always find the best possible way to proceed with your session and create beautiful images.

Can I get all the photos?
We carefully select and deliver the best images from your session, all professionally edited and included according to your chosen package.
After the shoot, we go through all the photos to choose the strongest ones — those with the best light, expressions, and composition — to ensure you receive a beautiful, cohesive gallery. For this reason, we don’t deliver all unedited. Our goal is to provide you with a curated collection of high-quality photographs, rather than a large volume of similar shots.
